2. Scope
This privacy policy applies to the publicly accessible website at www.clexit.app. It does not cover the processing of account, contract or document data within the CLEXIT app. Separate information is provided within the app.
3. Website access and server logs
When you access the website, your browser transmits technically necessary data to the web server. This may include in particular:
- IP address of the requesting device,
- date and time of access,
- page or file requested,
- referrer URL, if transmitted by the browser,
- browser type, operating system and user agent,
- HTTP status code and volume of data transferred.
This processing is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably, analyse technical errors and prevent misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and uninterrupted operation of this website.
Log data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for these purposes. It is retained for longer only when necessary to investigate a specific security incident or comply with a legal obligation.
4. Hosting
The website is hosted by World4You Internet Services GmbH in Linz, Austria. The hosting provider processes data generated when the website is accessed on our behalf where necessary to provide and secure the website. The agreements required under Article 28 GDPR are concluded with processors we use.
5. Cookies and local storage
In its current technical configuration, this website does not use cookies or store information in your browser's local storage or session storage. The website therefore currently does not use a cookie consent banner.
6. Analytics, tracking and external content
We do not use analytics or tracking services on this website and do not create user profiles. Fonts, images and scripts are served locally, so simply visiting the site does not establish a connection to external content providers.
7. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide, in particular your email address, message content and technical transmission information, to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual matters and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is handling your enquiry.
We retain correspondence only for as long as necessary to handle and document the enquiry or as required by statutory retention obligations.
8. Recipients and transfers
Recipients may include the hosting provider named above and technically necessary IT service providers. Authorities receive data only where there is a legal obligation. No targeted transfer to a third country outside the European Economic Area is currently planned for operating this website.
9. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have in particular the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

10. Automated decision-making
No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place when you visit this website.
